Lisa Arreguin

Lisa Arreguin is an insurance law attorney dedicated to protecting the rights of policyholders and ensuring they receive the full benefits promised under their insurance policies. Lisa attended South Texas College of Law Houston, graduating Magna Cum Laude. During law school, she honed her advocacy skills as a member of the school’s Moot Court Team within the nationally recognized advocacy program.

Before becoming an attorney, Lisa spent years working within the insurance industry itself. As a Catastrophe Claims Adjuster and General Adjuster for a large national insurance company, she traveled across the country assisting policyholders after devastating events such as hurricanes, tornadoes, hailstorms, freezes, and fires. These experiences gave her invaluable insight into the claims process from the inside—and a deep understanding of how insurance companies evaluate and settle claims.

Motivated to use that knowledge to better serve insureds, Lisa transitioned to representing homeowners and commercial property owners as a Public Insurance Adjuster, where she advocated for fair treatment and full recovery under their policies.

Today, she brings that same dedication to her legal practice, combining her technical understanding of insurance claims with her passion for advocacy. Drawing on her deep understanding of the insurance industry from both sides of the table, she fights tirelessly for her clients’ rights and ensures they receive fair treatment throughout the claims process.
