Patrick McDonald

Lead Attorney

Patrick McDonald started his life of service at 17 when he joined the U.S. Army. After completing airborne school and becoming a paratrooper, he joined the 3rd Ranger Battalion, where he completed three combat deployments before the age of 21. He now continues his service as an attorney, fighting to protect the rights of policyholders.

After leaving the United States Army, Patrick became an insurance adjuster and discovered the need for knowledgeable, skilled, and reliable professionals to help policyholders with their claims. Many individuals experienced the worst loss of their lives and were delayed in receiving policy benefits or improperly denied by insurance companies.

Discouraged by the failures Patrick saw within the insurance community, he decided to become a lawyer to help wronged parties recover on their claims. Patrick attended South Texas College of Law, where he graduated law school six month ahead of normal schedules.

Because of Patrick’s unique experience as an insurance adjuster before becoming an insurance lawyer, he is in a unique position to help fight for policyholders in ways few other lawyers can.
